Jacksonville - Tammy Denette Moore, 61, of Jacksonville, went to be with her Lord on Saturday morning, September 20, 2025. A Funeral Ceremony will be held on Thursday morning, September 25, 2025, at Boren-Conner Funeral Home in Jacksonville, to begin at 10:00am. Interment will be at Old City Cemetery in Jacksonville following the service. Dr. Mike Miller will officiate the service.

Tammy was born in Jacksonville, Texas, on May 9, 1964, to parents Donald and Patsy. Tammy worked as a Manager at Dairy Queen - she loved her job, co-workers, and serving others.

Tammy was preceded by her Father, Donald Gene Moore, Mother, Patsy Gail Batton, Brother, Randall Moore, and Brother, Cavin Moore.

Tammy is survived by her Husband, Kenneth Ray Martin, Daughter, April Garner (Lee), Daughter, Carli Moore, Son, Jeremy Moore (Lannon), Brother, Kelly Moore (Sheree), grandchildren, Colt, Kara, Case, Skylar, Everett, Juliette,

Pallbearers will be Billy Reyes, Gene Brumbelow, Coleton Ray, Ronnie Smith, Lee Garner, and Colt Smith. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jacobye Snow, Charles Coleman, and Gary Ritchey.
