Jacksonville - Sherri Dianne Sinclair, 61, passed away July 14, 2023 at her home in Rusk. She was born January 19, 1962 in Rusk to Thomas and Joyce Sparkman. Sherri lived her entire life in Rusk, graduating from Rusk High School in 1980. She married David Sinclair July 25, 1980 at Lone Oak Baptist Church. Sherri worked with her family, helping on their dairy and as well as working with her dad, they together owned the S & S Cito Store. She enjoyed caring for her family, especially those grand babies.

Sherri is survived by her husband of 43 years, David Sinclair of Rusk; sons: Brent Oliver and wife Hope of Rusk, David Luke Sinclair and wife Lauren of Lindale, Joshua Kris Sinclair and wife Hayley of Tyler, Jacob Kyle Sinclair of Lubbock; grandchildren: Brandon, Mattie, Anna, Audrie, and Nash Oliver, Lyla, Clara, Leanna and Lacey J. Sinclair; sisters: Janet Cummins and husband Nathan of Rusk, and Kelli Dover and husband Stanley of Alto; sisters-in-law: Raynell Sosby and husband David of Rusk and Tammy Chastain and husband Alan of Jacksonville; as well as a number of extended family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Lindsey Dianne Oliver.

Visitation will be on Monday, July 17, 2023 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Wallace Thompson Funeral Home, 221 West 5th Street, Rusk, TX with a service to celebrate her life beginning at 11 with her son, Pastor Kris Sinclair officiating. Burial will be at Hendricks Cemetery. Pallbearers: Clinton Dover, Horacio Soto, Bryan Sosby, Sean Chastain, Wesley Chastain, Brandon Oliver, and Brand Guidry. Honorary Pallbearers: David Sosby, Alan Chastain, Nathan Cummins, Stanley Dover, Jimmy Selman, and Steve Sinclair.
