Michael Lee Tillman, 65, of Rusk, passed away October 4, 2018. He was born September 9, 1953, in San Antonio, Texas, to the late Leo Tillman and Susie Monroe.

He served in the United States Marine Corps, and was proud to be a Marine. He loved flying and especially spending time with his grandchildren. Saltwater fishing was also something that he enjoyed. He spent his life working on computers and was a computer programmer and software developer. He was known to be able to expertly fix anything and graciously did it for those he loved.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Christi O'Byrne Tillman of Rusk, children, Felanna Davalos and her husband Patrick and their children Danielle, Nikolas, and Olga Benita of Rockwall, Michele Tillman of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Carla Tillman and her husband Patrick Navarrete of Sachse, Arthur Tillman and his wife Leigh and their children Isabella, and Michael of Rockwall, and his former wife Lucinda Felan of Sachse, step-son, Chad Parrott of Pearland, step-daughter, Alison and Kenneth Dotson and their children Cassi and Allen of Rusk, siblings, Randy Tillman of Victoria, Marland Sherman of Madison, Wisconsin, Karlene Seavey of Port Huron, Michigan, Tori Shortridge of Manistique, Michigan, and Karen Hollis of Greensboro, North Carolina.
