Jacksonville, Texas - Delma Rae Cook Halsey Rainwater, 90, of Jacksonville, Texas, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2025. She retired from Baxter Manufacturing after 18 years of service and was a devoted mother, grandmother, and woman of faith. Survivors include her children Connie Sanders, Kevin Halsey, Rhonda Halsey-Richards, Mark Halsey, stepsons Craig and Kirk Rainwater, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces, and nephews. The family extends special gratitude to her sister Janie, lovingly remembered as Delma's "earth angel," for her devoted care. Arrangements are under the direction of Boren-Conner Funeral Home and Crematory, Bullard, Texas.
