Services for Colonel Levi "C.L." Biddy, 95, of Chandler, are scheduled for Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 11 AM at West Lake Baptist Church in Chandler. Burial will be at 2:00 PM in Tecula Cemetery under direction of Chandler Memorial Funeral Home. Mr. Biddy died March 6, 2014 at Hospice of East Texas after a lengthy illness. He was born February 17, 1919 in Avinger. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of East Texas, 4111 University Blvd, Tyler, Texas, 75701, or, West Lake Baptist Church, 1439 FM 315 South, Chandler, Texas, 75758. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
