Mr. Boyd was born on January 5, 1965 to parents Clifford, Sr. and Rose; stepfather Mr. Perry H Christopher. He went to Rusk High School, Rusk, TX. He played on the Lake Highlands 1981 championship team, Richardson, TX. He was in the United States Air Force and worked as Security Police and Mechanical Tech. He accepted Christ at an early age. His hobbies included enjoying his family and the outdoors. He has two children, Terrence Jamal and Draven Zaafir, siblings; Lemon, Dean, Ruthie, Jerlene, Wanda and Michelle he is preceded in death by siblings, Clifford, Jr. DeShun, Kenneth W., Sr., and Jerry. He also has a host of nieces, nephews and relatives. Mr. Boyd passed away March 3, 2022 in Santa Clara, CA. Services for Charles Lynn "Pete" Boyd are in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, May 20, 2022 at 2 p.m.
