Graveside services for Terry “Blue” Holder, age 80, of Jacksonville, were held, Monday, January 18, 2016 at Meador Cemetery in Jacksonville with Rev. Don Copeland officiating. Services were under the direction of Autry Funeral Home Mr. Holder passed away Friday, January 15, 2016 in Jacksonville. He was born August 3, 1935 in Emmett, AR, to Terry Ross and Roselee (Hassely) Holder, Sr. Mr. Holder formerly worked in the communication industry as an Eastern Area Construction Manager for General Telephone. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Estelle Holder and Frances Gorman. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Mary “Dit” (Pippin) Holder of Jacksonville; sons, Hoby Holder and wife Debra of Gilmer, and Scott Holder and wife Donna of Mart; brother, Richard Holder and wife Gwen of Riverside, CA; four grandchildren, Ashley, Jaimee, Garrett, and Alyssa; and three great-grandchildren, Alexis, Riley, and Adalee.
