A funeral service for Skipper McRight, age 58, of Jacksonville, is scheduled at 2 o'clock in the afternoon Friday, July 21, 2017 at Calvary Baptist Church in Jacksonville with Rev. Joe Ballard officiating. Services are under the direction of Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville. He will be laid to rest at Union Grove Cemetery.
Mr. McRight passed away Monday, July 17, 2017 in Tyler.
Skipper was born June 26, 1959 in Dallas. He owned and operated Jacksonville Radiator for 26 years and worked as a guard at Rusk State Hospital for 9 years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mitchell McRight and a granddaughter, Kale Talbert.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 38 years, Teressa McRight of Jacksonville; daughters, Tiffaney Fenemore and husband Tony, Tarah Frutos and husband Tony, Tessa McRight, all of Jacksonville; mother, Judy McRight of Jacksonville; and brothers, Steve McRight and wife Tamara of Omaha, TX and Sean McRight of Jacksonville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren Kaela Dupont, Alexis King, Kaedon Talbert, Konnor Dupont, Aleah Talbert, Kayleona Talbert and Sean Frutos.
Pallbearers will be Bob Jackson, Reggie Bridges, Zach Stockstill, Tony Treadwell, Tim Birmingham, Justin Brooks and Travis Bowling.
Viewing will begin on Thursday, July 20, 2017 and friends are cordially invited to visit with the family from 6 to 8 o'clock in the evening at Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
