A funeral service for Peggy Jones Reagan, age 83, of Jacksonville, is scheduled at 10 o'clock in the morning Monday, May 16, 2016 at Autry Funeral Home Chapel in Jacksonville with Don Canter officiating. Burial will be at Reese Cemetery.
Mrs. Reagan passed away May 11, 2016 in a Tyler hospital.
She was born July 23, 1932 to the late C.H. (Neil) and Lois Jones. She was a homemaker, a member of the Frankston Church of Christ, and a lifetime resident of the Jacksonville area.
Mrs. Reagan was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Reagan; brothers-in-law, Pat Reagan, Oscar Holcomb, Malcolm Roebuck; and sister-in-law, Dorothy Reagan.
She is survived by a son, Eddie Neil Reagan; sisters, Joyce Roebuck, Carolyn Coats and husband Tim; sisters-in-law, Margaret Holcomb, Peggy Pike and husband Gene, Theta Reagan Pike and husband Altus; brother-in-law, Johnny Reagan and wife Maureen; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Gene Huddleston, Eugene McClosky, Patrick Reagan, Eric Coats, Keith White, Ethan White, Stewart Smith and Brian Fuqua.
Honorary pallbearers will be Wayne McCullough, Harry Johnson, Jackie Stringer and Shane Difon.
Visitation will begin on Sunday, May 15, 2016 and friends are cordially invited to visit with the family from 5 to 7 o'clock in the evening at Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or the charity of your choice.
