On Sept-ember 21, 2017, Dustin "Reserve" Jones took his last ride and rode through those pearly gates. He was born on September 28, 1990 in Jacksonville to Johnny and Peggy (Johnson) Jones.
He was the president of Bad Decisions Motorcycle Club Cherokee County. Dustin graduated from Jacksonville High School. He worked for Harry's Building Material and currently in sales and pricing at Lone Star Builders Supply in Jacksonville.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Danny and Pearl Johnson and V. T. and Laura Mae Jones; uncles, Paul Johnson and A. J. Cavazos.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Johnny and Peggy Jones of Jacksonville; brother, James Bexley and a niece, Bailee Bexley and Jack Cornwell; aunts and uncles, Pat and Debbie Johnson, Pam Eldridge, JoVanna Johnson, Danny & Jeanette Johnson, Margaret Cavazos, Tommy and Mary Jane Jones; extended family, Alicia Whetsell, Richard and Amanda Cannon, Chase and Samantha Gardner, Thomas and Alicia Denson, Kelley Harris and Sherry Jones, Darin and Sabre Giesler, Lloyd and Tiffany French. He will also be missed dearly by his brothers of the Bad Decisions Motorcycle Club as well as a great number of friends.
Pallbearers will be Paul "Boot" Smith and his brothers in the Bad Decisions Motorcycle Club; Thomas "Sarge' Denson, Kelley "Ratchet" Harris, Charlie "Dudley" Brown, Lloyd "Drago" French, Darin "Uncle" Giesler, Tim "Chubbs" Flournoy, and Billy "Wild Bill" Hall.
A funeral service is scheduled at 2 o'clock in the afternoon Monday, September 25, 2017 at Trail to Christ Cowboy Church located on Hwy. 79 West, Jacksonville, with Rev. Earl "Woody" Woodard officiating. Visitation will begin at 12 o'clock noon and continue until service time. Services are under the direction of Autry Funeral Home in Jacksonville. Dustin will be laid to rest at Providence Cemetery.
