He appreciated the balance and beauty that results from measurement and extensive planning. He was a craftsman of many mediums including woodworking. When once asked, he was proud to build a massive archangel float for Cypress Valley Bible Church to participate in the Wonderland of Lights Parade along with various other projects. He also made numerous trinkets, jewelry boxes and pinewood derby racecars for his granddaughters and friends. Mr. Bill was an electrician working multiple positions for Perky Power Plant and later retiring from SWEPCO after over 30 years. He loved flying recreationally with his daughter Deb and always cherished their breakfast dates. He loved flying model airplanes with his granddaughters and working in the yard with his wife.
